But if they gather, move and process less and store more which perhaps somewhat offsets the first 3 earnings niches wouldn' t the hit be bigger or does it show up in Q3 earnings? Are the drillers locked in to pay the pipelines at flat fee whether they pump more or less oil and gas and we know they h...

pipeline flow way down??

I assume the flow between January and the present is wasy down since oil and gas usage is lower as the economy has contracted.
How are the pipelines paid and won't the earnings be severally hurt with the lower flow?

The bond deal apparently didnt work out for CPE.
That would probably be viewed as a negative.
How does that impact your views?

Perhaps some will take the deal since the 2023 bonds are only trading in the 200s.
I didnt realize they had tanked to that level.

If the terms described below are the deaI I cant see the 2023 bond holders agreeing to the exchange.
However there are lots of positives in the Q1 report but without a complete CC to clarify some issues that isnt good.

Do you have any idea on how one might evaluate counter party risk for CPE?
With the big price drop many of them (whoever they are) might be in trouble.
