I would like to believe that Kimmeridge's attempt had failed but it seems like they are still fighting. I have gotten a half dozen ballot by email and snail mail and four phone calls, from actual humans, at home. It must be expensive to call every little stockholder, and this barrage of campaigning ...

Just cast my fourth online ballot on this which I got in separate emails over the past few weeks. I also got two phone calls at home. I think this process is so complex that a lot of retail holders are going to get confused and vote the way they might not want to. Look for surprises at that meeting....

Did any other holders of PR get a ballot to vote on "declassification of the Board" ?
I don't understand this issue. Just ignored the ballot.
I'm sure they will nag me again before the May meeting.

In addition to the email proxy from my broker (TDA) which was the non-management ballot ostensibly from Kimmeridge, I also got the "Gold" ballot and a large booklet in the snail mail from Kimmeridge--- and this morning I got a phone call at home in New York (Saturday 11AM) re Silverbow--- ...

It sounds like one of their businesses is cleaning up and plugging abandoned wells in the Marcellus.
I don't understand why they had a foreign listing, or changed it recently.

Why did STR zoom way up after the market closed Thursday---
