What is Truist's price target for AR? The 7/28 clip you posted says "$24.53, Buy." I'm guessing that report was written when the last price was $24.53, which had to be before July 27 close ($25.40). Did they give a price target?

It is best not to own the Canadian dividend payers in an IRA because they still withhold 15% and you don't get it back. This is another reason I prefer companies hold on to the cash.
