Interior Sec'y Zinke announces that the Wolfcamp oil/gas deposit has billions of bbls, etc. Is this new? Is it actionable by us? Are we going to be sick over the price of our oil shares forever?

It is not news. The Wolfcamp has several layers and it does have many billion so barrels of oil in place. CXO, PE, FANG and PXD hold a lot of Tier One leasehold with Wolfcamp oil under it.
