Teekay Tanker November Market Update

Sees strengthening market into 2019-2020. Cautious on production cuts for OPEC but doesn't see dramatic reduction, just small adjustments to balance supply/demand. Nigeria and Lybia production back on line benefiting tanker demand. Sees US oil exports moving from current 2 mbpd to 4 mbpd by end of 2019. Also expects Brazil exports coming online in 2019 (Dan what are your thoughts on PBR? Is it time?). New tankers coming online expected to be offset by increase in ton-mile demand from new exports.
