Oasis Midstream Partners LP (OMP) ("Oasis Midstream" or the "Partnership") declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.45 per unit for the fourth quarter of 2018. The distribution will be paid on February 28, 2019, to all OMP unitholders of record at the close of business February 15, 2019. The quarterly cash distribution is 5% higher than the cash distribution declared for the third quarter of 2018, and is in line with the Partnership's 20% annualized distribution growth target.
Additionally, OMP plans to announce its Fourth Quarter and Year End 2018 financial and operational results on Tuesday, February 26, 2019 after the close of trading on the NYSE. The Partnership will host a live webcast and conference call on Wednesday, February 27, 2019 at 11:30 a.m. Central Time to discuss Fourth Quarter and Year End 2018 financial and operational results.
