ONEOK Inc. (OKE) for High Yield

Post by dan_s »

I have posted our updated profile and forecast/valuation model for OKE to the EPG website.

All of the midstream companies in our High Yield Income Portfolio are doing quite well, primarily because I have NEVER seen demand for midstream services stay this good for this long before. Demand growth is all related to the BIG increase in U.S. oil, gas and NGL production. All of these hydrocarbons must be gathered, processed, transported from the field, stored and then transported to end users.

I know some of you don't like MLPs, no matter how high their annual yield, so here is the split:

> C-Corps.: AM, ENLC, OKE

> MLPs: MMP, MPLX, OMP and PAA (although you can buy PAGP, which is a C-Corp.)

This week we will be sending out via email our updated profiles for OMP, OKE (just posted to the EPG website), AM and PAA/PAGP. < PAGP is a C-Corp.

All of our midstream companies in the High Yield Income Portfolio will be paying out higher dividends in 2019 than they did in 2018. < This does note include BKEPP, which is a preferred unit that pays a fixed dividend. VNOM is not a midstream company.
