I read that Talon was still in negotiation with Mexico re their new discovery. Wouldn't all the details have been ironed out before talo started drilling? When will the discovery begin generating revenue? Thx.

Outside of the U.S. and Canada, upstream projects move forward at a much slower pace. Zama is moving forward and first production is expected in 2024.

Talos has a lot more going for it than Zama, which has nothing to do with my valuation since all of my valuations are based on 2020 to 2022 operating cash flows. They are going to report a big increase in production from Q3 to Q4 2020.
