The Prairie Storm Resources is expected to close by the end of November. It is very accretive to all per share metrics. Therefore, my valuation of IPOOF increases by $0.40US to $2.90US.
Prior to the deal being announced, First Call's price target was $2.42Cdn which equals approximately $1.94US per share.
IPOOF is $0.07 this morning to $1.48US per share.
