House panel sets hearing in preparation for climate talks. E&E News.
House lawmakers will do their own preparations for United Nations climate talks this week, as Democrats hope to strike a deal on a reconciliation package before COP 26 begins at the end of the month. Framework Convention on Climate Change, or COP.
