Ring Energy has announced they will report third quarter earnings, November 9.
Since they are still fully hedged, would we expect any surprise or simple constancy?
Or maybe a surprise on the production side of the report?
Any insights would be appreciated. Thank you.
Ring's November 9 earnings report
Re: Ring's November 9 earnings report
My updated forecast/valuation model of REI was posted to the EPG website yesterday. Key for the Company is row 46, operating cash flow. As long as that keeps going up, so should the share price.
> Production should be up slightly from Q2 to Q3.
> Adjusted Net Income should be more than the First Call estimate of $0.09/share for Q3
> Q4 guidance should be for a production increase of ~550 Boepd from Q3 to Q4
> About a 3rd of their 2022 oil is hedged at $46.60/bbl
> My HOPE is that all future hedges are collars with high ceilings
