Up again today. Almost a double in two days. I think they got a favorable running on the lawsuit.

Midwest Energy lawsuit settled today with a confidential settlement. If you lose you want it to confidential, so we don't know what the outcome is yet. I am sure it was a a good financial award for MEEC. When they show balance sheet numbers we will know.

Our member in Calgary that recommended MEEC said it was a good result for MEEC.
