XOM picked up two more upgrades today (Bernstein $140 and GS $120). XOM earnings are in ten days. The deal wont occur until the first half of 2024 pending regulatory approval. I think there maybe more to gain holding onto PXD especially through Q4 and Q1. If XOM has great numbers in those quarters, PXD will move higher.
