I see where Warren Buffett bought another $600 million of occidental petroleum today and some yesterday also. What do you see as his endgame since he says he does not want to take it over and if he does, he would not pay a premium. Has anyone done any evaluations on this particular stock.

He doesn't want an outright takeover. He is very patient and buys on dips
