Today I have updated all of the forecast/valuation models for the four minerals/royalties companies in the High Yield Income Portfolio.

They have the most exposure to commodity prices, but they also have hedging programs to reduce that risk. Their strong balance sheets and abundant free cash flow allow them to pay high dividends.

BSM is an MLP.
KRP is a partnership that has elected to be taxed as a C-Corp.
STR and VNOM are actual C-Corps.
