What's your opinion on AREX?
I would like to know what the future holds for AREX. It's been in a downtrend and they will report on 2/24. I noticed that the last time they reported in Nov., they took a dive and have never recovered. Is it worth holding as I am underwater on the trade so far. I can't find any news.

My valuation is $26/share, compared to First Call's Price target of $26.96.
Q4 production may have been impacted by weather related power outages, but the company has not changed their guidance so that is what I have in my forecast mode.
$400 million CapEx program in 2014 is expected to increase production by ~40%.
First quarter revenues should get a nice boost from increased natural gas in NGL prices.
