For background, I'm invested in about half of the Sweet 16. Am looking to add positions in some of the ones I've listed. At todays pricing, which 4 of these represent the best total return potential for 2014? I do want some income that is why VNR and LRE are listed.

You can find my Fair Value Estimate for all of the Sweet 16 under the Sweet 16 Tab. I update the summary spreadsheet each weekend. It shows my Fair Value Estimate (current break-up value) compared to First Call's Price Target for each company. How I calculate Fair Value is at the bottom of each S-16 forecast model. Log on, click on the Sweet 16 Tab then click on the logo of a company you want to see. We will update all of the Sweet 16 profiles by mid-March. SM and UNT look like the best bets to me in your list, but "Mr. Market" doesn't always agree with me.

For income I like VNR, BBEP, LINE and EMES.
