Hemisphere Energy Corporation (TSXV: HME and OTC: HMENF) is a Canadian oil and gas company with production operations in Alberta. The Company's experienced team is dedicated to creating shareholder value through executing strategic acquisitions and farm-ins that provide low-risk drilling opportunities. Hemisphere's core operations are in the Jenner and Atlee Buffalo areas in southeast Alberta. Second quarter production was 1,053 boe/d (96% oil), a 76% increase over the second quarter of 2017. Since the end of the 2nd quarter, Hemisphere has increased production to over 1,250 boe/d. Hemisphere's website: https://www.hemisphereenergy.ca/
Houston based Cibolo Energy Partners, a private equity firm, has committed the funding necessary to ramp up Hemisphere's production in the Atlee Buffalo area.

Atlee Buffalo was purchased by Hemisphere from Pengrowth several years ago at a reserve recovery estimation of 5% of the original oil in place ("OOIP"). Hemisphere Energy management now estimates with their waterflood will optimize the asset to recover 25% to 35% of the OOIP. From production today of approximately 1,250 boepd, Hemisphere now has a runway to increase production towards the 3,000 boepd range, which is typically the monetization threshold for Canadian Juniors.
