Venezuela is getting worse - Aug 29

BMO Capital Markets: "Despite lower exports coming out of Venezuela the country remains important to the market. That’s why news that the Jose Offshore Oil Platform will partially close for about a month is notable. According to Bloomberg it accounts for about half of the country’s exports. This is bad news for a cash-strapped Venezuela." and bullish for oil prices.
