When IEA published there next "Oil Market Report" in mid-June, I expect them to raise the chances of an oil shortage coming this summer.

A misconception that the article above points out is that "crude oil" comes in many different "flavors". There are different grades of oil (heavy / light, sweet / sour) and some refined products (i.e. - diesel) can't be made from the ultra-light oil that comes from U.S. shale plays. With the IMO-2020 regulations now less than seven months away, the global supply of low-sulfur diesel may be very tight.
