Per Baker Hughes the active rig count in North America declined by 23 last week. Down 270 year-over-year.

Rigs drilling for oil
> Down 7 in U.S.
> Down 25 in Canada

There are not enough rigs drilling for oil in the U.S. to hold production flat in Q1.
