I just posted my updated forecast/valuation model and the updated profile for BlueKnight to the EPG website.
If super safe 9% annual dividend yield sounds good to you, check it out. The company's preferred units (BKEPP) are in our High Yield Income Portfolio.
It now have very little exposure to oil & gas prices and the balance sheet is in great shape after non-core asset sales that close in Q1 wiped out over half of their debt.
