I came across USD Partners recently, and after some DD I took a position. I wanted to introduce it to the EPD membership as I think it fits nicely into the high yield portion of our portfolios. It seems to be conservatively run, is growing, and just raised the distribution. The conf call highlighted their unique position in the mlp universe, and I like the company.
