Plains All-American Pipeline LP (PAA & PAGP) Update 11/29/5

I have updated my forecast/valuation model for PAA. My valuation for PAA (an MLP) is $13.35. PAGP is a C-Corp that moves in lock step with PAA. It trades at a bit higher price just because it is a C-Corp.
TipRanks: "In the last 3 months, 7 ranked analysts set 12-month price targets for PAA. The average price target among the analysts is $12.50."
PAA and PAGP both pay quarterly dividends of $0.18. At today's price PAA's annualized yield is ~7.3%.
I do expect PAA and PAGP to raise their dividends in 2022. In 2019, they paid out $1.44 per share.
