Cameco

Cameco is a must own in uranium space. It is most liquid stock and for institutions that have size limits this and a few others are where they go. It exceeded expectations. It is up 8% today as are most of other uranium stocks. The other large stock is Kazatomprom which has issues because most if not all of their uranium is promised to Russia and China. They promised a big increase in production but their history is missing estimates on a regular basis but even if they produce we are still way short of supply in Western world since very little of theirs goes to the West.

France might want (or rather need) a piece of that Kazatomprom pie too!

I agree though Lbark, Cameco is a must own for long term uranium bulls. Kazatomprom can be bought on the London stock exchange (or as one of the holding on Sprott URNM etf) and likely carries more geopolitical risk than Cameco, but I think both are good options.

too much political risk or me with KAP so i own it through URA and URNM. it has great resources but control by Russia worries me.

Any thoughts on uranium royalty play with UROY: NASDAQ or URC: TSX. Sprott Uranium Junior URNJ or URA ETF? UXC (uranium futures) heading to $113 and filling the gap up to $130 on the monthly chart.

I like
SRUUF Sprott phyical I like to buy at 5%+ discount to NAV
URNM Sprott uranium miners including Cameco
URNJ Sprott junior miner ETF

All look for significant upside in 2024 and forward. There has been a bit of year end sell off- good entry points now.

David Hay made a suggestion that based on the increasing interest in Uranium and gold and silver ETF’s that the prospects for Sprott(SI) are very promising.

Further as I have stated previously a $500 per investment in Uranium Insider offers a playbook and as much timely info on the uranium market as you care to absorb.

I like SRUUF for all the reasons he mentioned. safest way to play uranium. year end dividends have hit the ETFs with them just paying out. URA pays out next week or so. URA is not pure play on uranium miners but more liquid. ditto to uranium insider for he is a font of knowledge and good picks. hope OG starts to take off again like uranium. getting more loved by COP and other liberals who claim to believe in climate change whatever that is.
