Here are my updated current valuations for the 4 Minerals/Royalties companies.

$17.50 for Black Stone Minerals (BSM) < an MLP
$21.00 for Kimbell Royalty Partners (KMP) < Elected to be taxed as a C-Corp.
$32.00 for Sitio Royalties Corp. (STR)
$42.00 for Viper Energy, Inc. (VNOM) < Lowest current dividend yield, but it is the most heavily weighted to oil and relationship with Diamondback Energy (FANG) guaranteed strong year-over-year production growth.

All four are low risk and offer high dividend payouts. Classic "Growth + Income" investments.
