Comstock Resources (CRK): An updated Net Income and Cash Flow Forecast model has been posted under the Sweet 16 Tab.
If you take a hard look at CRK's forecast model you will see why I promoted it to the Sweet 16. CRK uses Successful Efforts accounting and they have lots of production hedged. Therefore, you should totally ignore earnings per share. Focus on Row 46: CFPS and you will quickly see why I'm bullish on this one.
For those wanting to add more natural gas to your portfolio, I strongly suggest you spend time looking at CRK and SM.
