An outfit named Baker Street Capital has taken a 9.99% interest in Swift and called on the directors to add 3 of its picks to the Board and take steps to surface value, including the sale of various properties and maybe even the whole company. Do you think Baker has much chance of success? In this environment could Swift get a decent price for various properties or for the entire company? Do you still compute a "fair value" for it? Swift has done as poorly as Exxi.
