Lonestar Resources Limited (LNR.AX) (LNREF) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it is implementing a shift in its domicile from Australia to the United States and listing its shares on NASDAQ. Subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals, we expect this re-domiciliation and listing to become effective late March 2016.
This should draw a lot of attention when they move to NASDAQ.
