Is it likely that STACK drilling could be greatly limited due to earthquake concerns?

No. Remember, this is Oklahoma. The earthquake problem is caused by too much water at high pressure going into disposal wells. Plus, the problem is further north.
OKLAHOMA IS A STATE THAT CANNOT SURVIVE WITHOUT THE TAX REVENUES GENERATED BY THE OIL & GAS INDUSTRY.
SCOOP and STACK are like Oklahoma just won the lottery. They are not going to mess it up because of a few little earthquakes that have not caused any serious damage.
BTW STACK wells do not produce much water anyway.
