Sanchez Energy reported Q2 production of 55,900 boepd, which compares to my forecast of 51,000 boepd.
I am updating my forecast model now and I will post it to the EPG website.

I have updated my forecast model for SN and posted it to the EPG website.
My valuation increases $0.15/share to $13.40.
There is definitely upside to my valuation if the company continues to beat their production guidance they way they have done the last two quarters. Also, SN's Q2 production mix was 38% natural gas, 30% NGLs and 32% crude oil. I'm gaining confidence in my prediction that natural gas and NGL prices will be much higher this winter. If so, the market's view of SN will improve and so will my valuation.
