i have been told that the LONE shares have not been released yet if your broker shows them it is that they have taken on the risk of giving them to your your account without securities in hand, also explains the very low volume (even for 7 million share company).

Nope. TD shows my shares, and they specifically said they do not loan shares. I asked about that.
