"Natural gas prices averaged a little more than $2.50 per mmBtu (million British Thermal Units) in 2016. Those days are over. Prices will average at least $3.50 to $4.00 in 2017. Prices have more than doubled since March 2016 but gas is still under-valued. Supply is tight because demand and exports have grown and shale gas production has declined." - Art Berman

The KEY POINT is that weather related demand is only part of the natural gas market. Power Generation and Industrial demand are now much larger than residential heating demand.
> U.S. gas production is down and only a massive increase in gas directed drilling will reverse the decline. This won't happen at today's gas price.
> Imports from Canada are on decline
> Exports are increasing
> Industrial demand is increasing
> Gas needed to refill storage before the next winter will be at least 2 Bcf per day higher during April to November then it was a year ago.
If Art Berman is right, those of you that own AR, RRC and GPOR will be happy in Q4.
