The trillions that Mark Mills warns about are naïve. He seems to imagine everything in today’s terms, whereas the costs of new energy will be amortized. The transition will necessarily create new jobs. Who would have predicted computer-power or electronic communication only a few decades ago?

The only news is (S Alpha):

Shah Capital Management has filed an SC 13D/A form with SEC disclosing ownership of 12,266,335 shares of Gulfport Energy (NASDAQ:GPOR).

This represents 7.66% ownership of the company.

Shares +10% premarket.

(Hard to see how this would account for collapse.)
