How on earth can an energy stock under perform oil by 14% in a single day. I'd have bet that wasn't

the price of oil down another 2% an hour or so ago.

I bought more this morning but obviously I don't know squat.

The ER was better than I was expecting and Swan Hills is still viable. I can
understand why this isn't 10 bucks but really have no clue why we're down here.

Second downgrade of the week and stock is now below 3 bucks. Either going to be one of the better
come back stories or exceptionally ugly.

Could well be the bottom too. GS, for whatever reason, is permitted to "front run" all their calls
and I'd expect they've been shorting oil and equities for the last several weeks.

Their call for 180 dollar oil was the top back in the day and I'm hoping this call is the bottom.

What is the purpose of both lowering production and prices? That's counterproductive, is it not?

It's been in free fall for months. Biggest loss I've ever suffered in 24 years of investing and I still don't even comprehend the reason for it. I haven't bought anymore (I've got more than enough) nor have I sold any. A year from now I'll either be relieved or regret having ever heard of this one.

I for one am anxious to see the update. I keep thinking things are getting better at the very least but the market
sure hates this one. Down 36% in 2 months even after making the promised changes is a bit difficult to comprehend
and not the least bit helpful to my pf.

Any idea where the bottom might be? I'm somewhat amazed at the reaction to the news and the daily new lows.
Certainly disconcerting to see the stock slaughtered after an upgrade to buy and positive view from Moody's.

Since they've already indicated the intent to buy back 10% of their stock, it doesn't get better than buying it at an all time low. I'm really surprised there was that much selling today, pretty short sighted. Otoh, I sure don't want to see tax loss selling on top of all the fun we've already had.

They're covered for 2014 capex and just received authorization to repurchase 17 million shares on the open market which is a value builder and money saver over debt repayment. Why are the...

They got a downgrade this morning from Cormack (never heard of them) to market perform.
Amazing drop but it all seems like retail. 200 million shares and this loses 8% on 500k. Sheesh.
