This is more than a "conspiracy piece." It maybe one of the reasons why Trump is bashing the WHO.It is worth your time to watch.Btw,Happy Easter to all.

Re: Why natural gas price is LIKELY to be over $4 soon

Nice call on Natural gas. I realize you have been touting it for sometime but it takes the experts awhile to catch up.Or maybe Wall Street had to get their ducks in a row to maximize their profits. Am I insinuating the game maybe rigged...or slightly slanted. No way. Anyway, thanks for your insight.

It seemed like a great report and new mgmt seems to have their ship pointed in the right direction.Much like rrc, they are also looking to monetize the acreage down south.

Re: Jones Energy

My guess is they found investors to keep the price over $1.I was wondering if anyone has an opinion about their reserves and/or opinions about their merge acreage. They posted some info regarding reserves and performance about a couple of their wells.Tia.Btw,it looks like those new investors are now ...

I know you dropped Jones so you might not be following but I was wondering your thoughts about the sale of Gastar acreage.I was wondering how that acreage relates to the merge acreage Jones is drilling. Can you give an opinion on valuation comparison? I realize they are not the same but fairly close...

Re: Jones Energy Update

So they are not in jeopardy of bankruptcy any time soon and they are drilling the Merge which is around a highly thought of area and they are trading at less than $1.Step up to the table and throw the dice.I like those odds.

Re: Jones Energy (JONE) Update

Press release seems positive. As per their conference call, they are extremely positive with results from Merge acreage. This is what they were looking for because of the options it will give them. They mentioned that they had hoped to have this updated determination in time for the 3rd quarter call.

Re: Jones Energy (JONE) Update

So the stock is trading at $1.07.What is wall street missing? Is it too small for any coverage? I think I recall some investment group or hedge fund putting pressure on them to monetize some of their assets.Your thoughts on the upside and is the merge as viable as Stack and/or Scoop? Thanks

Re: Jones reports

The conference call was very interesting. They are moving most of their spending to the Merge acreage. They are having great results there. The call was very professional and that team seems to be on the conservative side.Yet they are ready to amp up rigs with regards to the right timing.Dan talks abou...

Anyone here follow SWN? There seems to be a lot of upside in this environment. As per Dan,natural gas prices are on the upswing and this company has been in business a long time.Looking back, their share price has been much higher than what it is trading today.

Hey Dan,as a person who is pretty much confused reading all these quarterly reports can you point out a couple of items to look for.SM WLL CLR MTDR have all reported in the last 2 days.My background is not in accounting.Maybe you can help me focus on a couple items to distinguish good from bad.TIA Sam

I have owned Crimson for a long time. This merger does not seem to be an arm lengths deal.It seems very one sided as the Crimson guys will be mgmt.It still has to be approved..but there will be lawsuit imo.Any ideas how to play is development to max return?? The conference call sounded weak.

Re: Ideas for High Yield Investors

I have been an investor in MLP's for about 9 months now.Great returns...7% to 12% depending on when you bought. Also, tax benefits are interesting.MLP investing seems to be better for the buy and hold investor as you are dealing with K-1's at tax time. This is more complicated for me to give any inform...
