Not sure where Dan is. However, I think you missed that while crude inventories were below expectations, both gasoline and distillate inventories were much higher than expected, implying lower crude demand going forward.

Not sure how many Reeves acres they have, but Ring Energy (REI) acquired a 14,000 acre parcel in Reeves and Culberson counties last year.

It is called profit taking, especially as many of these stocks have likely run a little too far too fast. Some are also anticipating at least a short term pullback in crude prices as some of the supply disruptions such as Canada are alleviated.

I picked up more shares even though it is a bit bitter. I don't understand why did they priced the offering below their all time low!!!? Looks either desperate which presumably the fundamentals don't justify or rewarding their "friends" at the expense of existing shareholders. Should have ...

Not very nice to their existing shareholders pricing this so low. I see this happen a lot, but thought this mgmt team was above that.
