On some of these hot, calm days, wind power has gone very low. Texas installed wind power CAPACITY is about 40 GW. On a calm day, such as recently, afternoon output drops from the 40 GW capacity to as low as 5 GW. At the same time, solar ramps from 0 GW overnight to about 9 GW for about 7 hours. Did...

Has the world come to grips with the Paris recommendation and others that a SIGNIFICANT reduction in total energy consumption requires a DRASTIC cut in energy use per person and per county.
