Re: BlueKnight Energy Partners (BKEP) Q4 Results - Mar 9
At 1.2 times coverage ratio and what seems like flat revenue guidance seems like there isn't room for a distribution increase? Does this decrease your valuation?

Crk
Dan
Late last year your estimate for crk was around $18, its currently much lower. What are the major factors that caused the price estimate drop? Whats their path back to $18?

Whenever you have some free time, maybe give us your opinion. As i understand it....The concession consolidation and reworking of terms increased net-backs by $7 at $40 Brent. But your opinion would be valuable.

Dan, Recent 8-k for bkep has several amendments to their facility. Refinery shutdowns
Dan,
Been reading a lot about refineries shutting down creating a head wind for oil prices. When do you think this will happen and how long do they stay down? How do you see this playing out?

Dan,
you mentioned lstmf can still generate free cash flow at$80...at what price would you start to question if they can sustain the dividend?

Re: Lightstream repurchases shares
Dan,
how do you think they would fund the buy-back? cash or loc? it would make sense to purchase/cancel shares that yield a percentage above the revolvers' interest rate(arbitrage) until revolving debt is semi close to total debt/ebita convenants...what do you think?

BIG FYI..... yield the dividend is converted from Canadian to American dollar so even though it shows .04, what we get is .035828 for a yield of like 16(still to bad); but its not the 20%......also there is no DRIP program...in light of this I am considering changing my yield strategy to lnco(12% pl...

light stream is yielding 15.5 and lnco is yielding 12.2%. Dan ,any comments on how to decide which one to get? which one is likely to raise their dividend in the future? The water flood of the lower Nukhul will increase production and reserves however its oil is only API degree of around 19 so its gets a brent Minus price model.West Bakr will add reserves and 1.1k production(around 20 degree API(Brent minus)).....
