LONE, new low?. presentation.
Hi Dan, See that lots of other energy companies getting some love, but LONE is going in reverse. Still holding as I see it as crazy cheap The posted this presentation today on SEC fast edgar: http://archive.fast-edgar.com//20191210/A322V22CZ225V2B2222B22D2RJBQ4Z2282B2/ did not see anything earth sha...

LONE lonestar reports excellent prod numbers
Hi Dan, LONE reported excellent production increases and again reiterates that they intend to have Free Cash Flow next year... I see that in AH and pre-market LONE was up nicely, but as often happens the sellers take over and now its actually down for the day, seems crazy to me. The current price at...

Re: SM Energy Q2 Results beat forecast - Aug 1
Hi Dan, I was pleasently surprised by SM's report, but There is a BIG overhanging problem on all these E&Ps as i see it. And that is the super low NG prices created to some degree by all the excess NG due to all the Fracking for crude. A company like SM which is simply FLaring a lot of its NG be...

Re: Carrizo Oil & Gas (CRZO) being acquired by CPE - July 15
Seems like CPE got a steal. CRZO assets were worth a lot more than what the shareholders will get, and as we see this a.m. the merger news hit CPE hard and its price got down to 5.35, so CRZO saw little to any premium from friday. currently CPE at 5.50 and CRZO at 11/share. Hmmm. perhaps people will...

LONE LoneStar has dropped below $2??
LONE LoneStar has dropped below $2??
Either this is the craziest value play in history, or the Market knows something that is driving LONE down day after day.
Now has a Market cap below $50M.
Anyone know anything more than what is previously posted on the EPG forum and analysis.

Re: Lonestar Resources Update - June 5
Hi Dan, Just wondering if you have any words of wisdom about Lonestar LONE... it is down to $2.05 and I am scratching my head... just added at 2.05. Seems like it is in a bad spiral, but if it actually even makes last years CF its an insane value here... lots of debt, I get that, but not terrible an...

Hi Dan, I thought I bought LONE LoneStar Res. Super Cheap at 2.57/share a couple of days ago... but today (2 days later) it trades at 2.27.. I am wondering if something went wrong with any of their new wells, or if there is any storm damage from the recent storms in Texas ? I am assuming things are ...

Thanks Dan,
Great explanation.
SN looks way undervalued to me, but that could be said for a lot of the E&Ps

Hi Dan, I was looking at your update for SN (Q3 2017) forcast and valuation model, and either I am missing something or there is no information (ie 0000s) in the Realized and Unrealized gains on Derivatives for both the Q3 actual and the Q4 estimates. These gains on Derivatives (hedges) are a big pa...

Re: EIA reports a 1 Million bbl drop in weekly production???
Ok,
so I guess it was Hurricane NATE that shut down GOM production for a few days that would be reported for week of 10/13... this could account for the temporary drop of 1 M bbl/d.
FYI,

EIA reports a 1 Million bbl drop in weekly production???
Hi Dan, Todays EIA report shows a drop for domestic US production from 9.4M bbl/d last week to 8.4M bbl/d this week. A drop of over 1 Million bbl/d in production. How can that be??? The 4 week average is 9.25 M bbl/d and EIA has been reporting in the mid 9s for some time. I know you have been saying...

SM has to be a VERY undervalued at 15.50
I am watching all my energy and energy related stocks generally going green today with some rebound in WTI, but SM is still under pressure trading for 15.50 as I type. I thought SM was cheap a 16 and change so at 15.50 it look completely on sale. With expected CF of $4+ in 2017 SM has become VERY un...

Re: SM decides not to sell Bakken assets
I am long a number of smaller E & Ps (SM, SN, MTDR, etc). But I am watching SM price erosion with amazement. SM has very good hedges at good prices for their 2017 production and a decent mix of what appears to be about 50% oil, 30%NG, 20%NGL for 2017. And their expected CF/Share is somewhere bet...

Hi Dan, Re: SPP with respect to the new SN acquisition, etc. I have reviewed your latest forecast for SPP for 2017 and 2018. With the kind of DCF $2.80+ for 2017 and distribution of $1.72. I anticipate a continued gradual increase in SPP's distribution from 43.1c/qtr to perhaps 45c/qtr by year end 2...

Re: Gulfport Energy (GPOR) - New Forecast
With the latest operational update from GPOR yesterday, They look like things are going in the right direction. And with the recent big draw in NG announced. Seems like GPOR should be moving up... but it is still just barely up, can't seem to get past 22. I am long via Long ITM July calls, and I am ...
