Re: Coal Miners
Thanks guys. I have taken a look a warrior which appears to be a good one with mining in Alabama shipping out from Mobile. Will take a look at the additional names presented. I''m going to shy away from any company with China in its name or known to be lurking behind the curtain.

Coal Miners
Looks like CONSOL is significantly impaired by having its Baltimore shipping terminal on wrong side of the downed bridge. Anybody have suggestions on coal names that will have an opportunity to pick up the slack left by this tragic event?

Re: SilverBow Resources (SBOW) Update - Mar 21
I feel if it was such a sweet deal, management of SBOW would be communicating with its shareholders, not Kimmeridge soliciting direct support from SBOW shareholders. Or worse, it’s not $34 cash it’s $34 per share of their gas assets contributed. Did you ever wonder about the price of the new car when they gave you such a nice price on your trade-in. Of course it will be supported by a friendly appraisal I’m sure.

Re: Gold
Gold has penetrated the $2,200 and silver appears to be ready to close the gap. Look for the miners to catch fire soon. Strap in.

Re: SLBO vs Kimmeridge et al
It has come off to me as a hostile solicitation. It on its face does not appear to be synergetic. My view is SBOW needs to execute a cohesive business plan with their newly acquired assets before doing anything more in the M & A arena. In my view they seem to have a pretty good handle on things ...
