Re: SilverBow Resources (SBOW) Update - Mar 21
They are not buying SBOW for cash and they are not taking it private. They are contributing cash and producing assets to SilverBow. MY TAKE is that SilverBow's BOD will only approve the deal if SilverBow's management team keeps running the company. They may change the companies name, but it will rem...

Re: ROK Resources (ROKRF) Webinar Preview - Mar 20
Note from Echlon Capital Markets: "There is substantial unrecognized value in the stock for the lithium potential, which could be crystalized near-term. With that, we continue to have a Buy rating on ROK and a $0.55 PT based on a ~3.5x 2024 EV/DACF multiple adjusted for 20% of the NPV of the Hu...

Oil & Gas Prices - March 20
Trading Economics: "WTI crude futures fell about 2% to $81 a barrel on Wednesday, moving further away from over four-month highs touched on Tuesday, as investors took some profits off the table following a strong run-up in oil prices . A stronger dollar also pressured oil prices, as it makes o...

Re: SLBO vs Kimmeridge et al
Kimmeridge does not own enough stock to force SilverBow's BOD to do anything. Let this play out. When I was at Hess we got several offers for our core areas. This stuff happens all the time in this business. The only unsolicited offer we accepted was the sale of our upstream division in Canada for $...

I have reviewed the slides that ROK will speak from during tomorrow's webinar. Here are some highlights that jump out at me. > ROK is a Canadian Junior Upstream Oil & Gas company that was co-founded by Cam Taylor (Chairman) and Bryden Wright (President) in 2019. Their team has a strong track rec...
