I believe their press release indicated that their registration was effective at an initial price of 23.75 with trading expected to commence 6/20.

Parsley Energy isa recent ipo stock, is a pure play Permian company with some prime acreage. The quiet period on ipo expired yesterday so there should be some analyst reports showing up. Raymond James had the stock as outperform.
