I see these are larger quality companies. No mention was made of the small insider oil companies with no leverage that we stand to facilitate their deal and take a low premium for in return. Where are they? I never have understood the motivation here?

Oil prices- I would name these small oil cos. “Slow Horses” in honor of the excellent series on Apple TV staring Gary Oldam. I can see potential buyers waiting until fourth quarter earnings are out.
