What is the total US Oil exports for 2021 and 2022?

We dont have enough refinery capacity to process it. No new refineries have been built and actually 3 were shut down, 2 of which due to climate change. Now thats coming back to bite us in ass and Biden demands refineries produce more.

Banning exports of oil to China might be OK, but if we ban exports of refined products, it will screw-up the global economy even more.
