EOG continues to stick to its stringent investment hurdle of 60% direct ATROR at $40 oil and $2.50 ngas prices though given its ample attractive inventory continues to have material running room. While we forecast the company to continue with most of its ~24 rig program in the Delaware and Eagle Ford near-term, strip prices and other variables could cause more activity in the Powder, Dorado, and other areas. -
