Transocean has announced $1.4 Billion of new backlog in the last month or so, they still have 12 stacked deepwater rigs that should get booked up over the next year or so.
I have been adding for the last 12 months and see a big upside from their current price as rigs start to get back to work.

Good idea. In the real world, we much continue to explore offshore because it one of the few places left with significant upside for oil.
