Production 20% more than Dan's estimates and 31% higher than 4th quarter. Declared 60 cent quarterly dividend. All production remains unhedged so 2nd quarter and beyond should improve. Dan, what are your thoughts?

I have been overwhelmed this week with Sweet 16 quarterly reports (always my Top Priority), but I will update my forecast/valuation model for MNRL today.
