Stupid or evil?

There appear to be two camps among critics of Western energy policy: those who believe politicians are utterly stupid and incompetent, and those who believe it's deliberate. I am for now in the former camp, since hard evidence points towards stupidity, but as history teaches us, you never know.

I have three friends (very smart guys) at my health club that believe Team Biden is out to bring down America. My HOPE is that our elected officials are just clueless. The fact that they keep pushing the Green New Deal crap is amazing to me.

What has occurred over the past two years has been far too coordinated to have been stupidity. With a bit of work one can piece together the connections. The question of whether it is “evil” is very nuanced. It is a deceit -based strategy but deceit has always been a central weapon of warfare.

Blaming others for your screw ups is certainly evil
