FWIW - if the value of the product being sold increases significantly during the sale negotiation period - does the negotiation get more difficult?

I talked to them a couple weeks ago and they said the "hoped" the sale of their Central Louisiana package would be announced in April.

Perhaps they will make it by the end of April. Price action is strong - but volume is nothing exceptional.
